Are Elite Chalets road legal?Yes, they are registered with a 3 year WOF.

Do they have an electrical WOF?Yes, current for 4 years.

Do I need a council permit for an Elite Chalet?No, because they are legally classified as a vehicle not a building.

Can they be permanently occupied?Yes, because they are 'moveable' (i.e. not immovable) they may be occupied permanently without falling under the classification and requirements of a 'building'.

Will I need a plumber and electrician to connect water, waste and power?"Yes probably, just for the initial setup.

Do they come with a caravan power cable?Yes, 10m caravan power cable is provided.

Is the water supply pipe provided?Yes, however there may be some extra fittings your plumber will need to supply to connect to your house.

Is the Black Box waste system provided?Yes.
